Popup Dialog

This sample demonstrates how to use Modal dialog to display output of the Web Service and take input from modal dialog to the parent page.
Adding Popup Dialogs to Web Applications


In the sample that illustrates this use case, the view displays an Employee combo box. The user can select an employee from the combo box and have the application display orders for that employee. The application displays the orders in a table in a popup dialog. The user can then select orders from the table in the popup dialog. When the user closes the popup dialog, the application displays the selected orders in a table on the parent page.
